So what would the cities of tomorrow look like? Hyper sanitized urban landscapes akin to Thomas Moore’s well-dredged canals and breezy public spaces? This article speculates on the future city as a quarantine bubble, on how diseases shape the urban fabric as much as the new technologies that help them to function.
